Stop Hate. Vote!

The 2024 general election is just two weeks away! LA vs Hate and our partners are encouraging all Los Angeles County residents to use their vote as a tool in the fight against hate. We are grateful for the support of the Board of Supervisors, and their commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive community for all.

Election years often see an increase in divisive rhetoric that can lead to community tension and even violence.

In response, our new creative campaign ‘Stop Hate. Vote’ reminds LA County residents to practice civility and mutual respect as we head to the polls. This is a non-partisan campaign focused on elevating the importance of civic engagement as a tool to address hate and to underscore that every vote matters.

At the ballot box, we hope you consider voting for people and policies that strengthen LA's diverse communities and protect them against hate and discrimination. Everyone should remember voting is a human right and a tool in the fight against hate and discrimination. When we work together against hate, we can restore civil discourse, embrace the strength of diversity, and build inclusive and equitable communities for all.
