United Against Hate Week

United Against Hate Week will occur this year from Sunday, October 19th - Saturday, October 25th. During this week, communities are planning webinars, social media events, screenings, art projects, community dialogues, and meditation gatherings. These concrete actions will provide a dynamic way to increase engagement across neighborhoods and support efforts to stand up to hate in our communities.

United Against Hate Week is open to all participants and we encourage you to be involved in any way that you can. If you or your organization is interested in participating please fill out the form below or reach out via email to info@lavshate.org

Los Angeles County Schools - #ExploreJustice

Visit Explore Justice, an online education resource that explores narratives and historical perspectives surrounding culture, equity, gender, within the Los Angeles environment.

The Explore Justice video series is an opportunity to challenge our own prejudices by educating ourselves on social justice topics and issues that many are still experiencing today. Each category's content is split into sections focused on history, the present, and Los Angeles. Alongside each video are reflection questions, next steps, and resources focused on building resilience.

We recommend starting with a grounding in the key concepts behind Social Justice, below, and then choose a category to start your social justice journey.

Watch a video with your class, friends, or family and dive into this free resource.
